HOW TO INSTALL THE GLOBAL TAXES IN EACH NATION:

1. SCN demands that the United Nations establishes a board of directors who are not politicians, but members of humanitarian organizations from each world region. This board should be the one to budget, oversee spending, and distribution. They would be held accountable by presenting bi-annual budget reports to the UN. This report must be an open record and posted in a way that anyone can access, i.e. via the UN website.
2. Are there still starving children in the world? This is proof that the Global Taxes are not spent appropriately and should be followed up and corrected immediately until no child is suffering anymore!
3. Establish an armed UN force to assist in delivery of aide to people living in unsafe areas.
4. Anybody that can afford should pay these taxes; not only the wealthy nations. There are a lot of wealthy people in nations that are not wealthy. It would obviously be OMMITED for people that just earn enough to support their own family sufficiently. There are many others who can easily do without only $50-80 US per year. And the most wealthy and rich need to contribute THE MOST obviously! There is NO other way to erase starvation from the earth. Only if we ALL start to share a bit, all children will be saved and get a future.

If the world keeps going on donations alone, 19,000 children will keep on dying of starvation everyday. We all know this outcome and this is a SHAME, on ALL of us! It is HIGHTIME to SOLVE the problem. There is enough for everybody's need, not for everybody's greed.(Mahatma Gandhi).

WFP relies entirely on voluntary contributions to finance its humanitarian and development projects. And that is not enough! Donations are made either as cash, food such as flour, beans, oil, salt and sugar, or the basic items necessary to grow, store and cook food - kitchen utensils, agricultural tools, warehouses. Nations have contributed $2,385,174,960 US in 2006. Yet, as we all know, an average of 19,000 children of the 30,000 human lives are still lost daily to starvation. Politics and mismanagement being the largest contributors to that inhumane toll. While over $1000 US BILLION PER YEAR go to war, it is shameful only a little over $2 Billion goes for basic human needs. While $13 US Billion would provide basic health and nutrition for EVERYONE in the world!
We can no longer rely on donations alone to feed, shelter, educate, and provide medical necessities. If we are to end the suffering of all peoples, of all children; then we as individuals must ALL become involved.

WHAT IS HAPPENING IS UNACCEPTABLE!

The average Canadian gives only $5 per year to charity!
While over $1000 BILLION US PER YEAR goes to war!
We need to start taking URGENT priorities, also in our choice of paying taxes.
Pay taxes for the RIGHT things.
Now we pay taxes for a lot of the wrong things:
All the while we still did not do the MOST essential:
Help our brothers, sisters and children in need.
Instead of investing in bombs, fighter planes and bullets to kill each other and each other’s children, we want to give them a well with clean water to drink out of, a goat to provide for their needs, education for their children,...
A PERMANENT solution, for ALL children and their children and their children...
A NEW and BETTER world!
How long must this still go on before we see what we REALLY should do?
People from ALL nations think this cannot go on any longer and want to see this changed now.
They want to see the children SAVED before ANYTHING!
The world is ready...
Time to take a different course and to convince our leaders!

• Building homes: food, shelter and care for every child
• Building schools and hospitals: education and medical care for EVERY child
• Education about HIV/AIDS everywhere in the world
• Provide milk goats, cows that can help a whole family or community:
  It only takes a little to make a world of difference now that will last generations.
• TEACH the people in how to provide for themselves by giving EDUCATION!
  Give people a CHANCE! Their future lays in OUR hands!
  You are reading this; you are very Blessed that you can.
• Building homes for street children: No single street child anywhere in the world anymore.

Only one example:
19,000 street children in Sao Paulo City, Brasil. They get born on the street, have babies on the street (very young, 13...), do not ever see a school from the inside, and most die on the street. Nobody cares about them; they suffer and starve from the moment they are born, live in card board boxes and triple their own population by the time they have reached the age of 16-20.
We can give these children the love and care they DESERVE, a place they can call home, and good education like any other child.
We would not only help them, but we can also prevent an immense population growth.
For now they will get their first child at the age that they would have gotten what would otherwise have been their third or fourth from being on the street.
And that is only ONE city in the world!

We can BREAK this cycle!

We can give the most valuable thing we can give: a future for these children and their future generations!
Look how much money it took to destroy people and families.
Paradise is something we help make ourselves on earth, with making the right choices.
Its time to change course.

Children are the FIRST PRIORITY and need to be cared for everywhere in the world.
It is our duty as a HUMAN. They should never be slaughtered, abused or starved.
These things are happening today!

The rainbow is Light and the spectrum of all colors.
Take one color away,....and the rainbow will fall apart. Each color is of immeasurable value for the rainbow and is in perfect harmony with the others.
If we understood the lesson of the rainbow, we would know what we should do and what we are to each other.
For we are all connected; we are all ONE.
We should take very good care of each other; for without the other there would not ever be a rainbow anymore.

We, the people, are the spectrum of the world. Unbalanced is our world because we think one is superior above another and have more rights for our children then the others.
We let each other’s children starve and die. We, as the world, are allowing this to happen. Why???

Every culture has something to contribute and to learn from the other. If we all would listen very well, we would gather a lot of knowledge and UNDERSTANDING and find out that even though we all look different, we are all the same.
We all have a heart.
The colors of the rainbow ARE the heart. If we would look at the heart instead of our differences, the colors would not fade but bring harmony. There would be NO children starving anymore. The lesson would be learned.

Children are our future, no matter where.
This future starts with you.
